- Wash and thoroughly dry the apples.Slice the apples into ⅛-inch thin rounds, removing any seeds.Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.Lightly sprinkle both sides with cinnamon and apple pie spice if using.Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 8 minutes.Flip each apple slice carefully.Continue cooking for another 6–8 minutes, checking frequently near the end.Remove the apple slices and let them cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. They will continue to crisp as they cool.Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
