Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.Rub with olive oil.Mix the garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, thyme, salt, and pepper.Coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning blend.Arrange the thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.Cook for 10 minutes.Flip and cook another 8–10 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving.Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
