  • pounds baby Yukon Gold potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon melted butter for extra richness

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.Toss until every potato is evenly coated.Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes if needed.Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.Cook for 18–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.Transfer the hot potatoes to a bowl and immediately toss with grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter if using.Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.3
