Ingredients
  

  • 2 large russet potatoes peeled and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray optional
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

  • 1 Box Grater For shredding potatoes
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl Mix ingredients
  • 1 Kitchen Towel Squeeze moisture from potatoes
  • 1 Spatula Flip hash browns

Method
 

  1. Peel and shred the potatoes using a box grater.Place the shredded potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.Drain well and squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean kitchen towel.Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes if needed.Form the potato mixture into four hash brown patties and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.Air fry for 7 minutes, flip carefully, and cook for another 7–8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.Rest for 3 minutes before serving and garnish with parsley.
