Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar optional, for caramelization

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
  5. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  6. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip.
  8. Continue cooking for 4–6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  9. Remove the pork chops and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

  • Bone-in pork chops may require 2–3 extra minutes.
  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
  • Let the pork rest before slicing to retain juices.
  • Add cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
    Use a meat thermometer and remove the pork chops at 145°F to keep them perfectly juicy and tender.
