Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks 1-inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped

  • 1 Small Bowl Garlic butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for 3 minutes.Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.Rub both sides with olive oil.Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried parsley. Coat the steaks evenly.Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.Cook for 5 minutes, then flip.Cook another 4–6 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.Mix the butter, minced garlic, and fresh parsley.Remove the steaks and immediately top with the garlic butter.Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • Choose steaks about 1 inch thick.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
  • Ribeye offers the richest flavor, while sirloin is leaner.
  • Finish with garlic butter for steakhouse flavor.
