  • pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce tomato, onion, pickles, and your favorite burger toppings

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and seasonings.Mix gently until just combined.Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into burger patties slightly larger than the buns.Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket.Cook for 5 minutes.Carefully flip the burgers and cook another 5–6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).Let the burgers rest for 5 minutes.Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Ground turkey is lean, so don't overcook the burgers.
