  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup red onion finely diced
  • ½ cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble.In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheddar cheese, onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.Toss again just before serving and enjoy.
