Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.Melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth.Whisk in the powdered sugar.Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract.Stir in the flour and salt until just combined.Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.Cool for 5 minutes.Carefully invert onto serving plates and serve immediately.
