Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or mini marshmallows for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1.
