Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 5–6 lemons
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Method
 

  1. Blend the strawberries until smooth.Strain the puree if you prefer a smoother drink.In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry puree, lemon juice, sugar, and water.Stir until the sugar completely dissolves.Add ice cubes and mix well.Chill for 30 minutes for the best flavor.Garnish with lemon slices, fresh strawberries, and mint before serving.
